Louise McDowall
Dr Louise McDowall is a dance artist, creative health researcher and arts consultant whose work bridges movement, wellbeing and socially engaged practice. With a PhD from the University of Leeds focused on dance improvisation, she has developed a distinctive pedagogical approach that brings together curiosity, playfulness, creativity, empathy and critical reflection. Known for her thoughtful person-centred approach, she specialises in improvisation, embodied practice and inclusivity, with extensive experience across community, artistic, education, and health settings.
Her practice is shaped by a strong commitment to empathy, social justice and building communities of participation. Louise has worked with organisations including Northern Ballet, Opera North, Yorkshire Dance, Dance United Yorkshire and the University of Leeds, alongside collaborators in Alderney, Rotterdam, Madrid, and France. She is a published writer, speaker and panellist, her published work includes writings on dance improvisation as a conversational practice, and factors influencing physical activity in hospice care. At Harmony in Motion, she draws on this experience to help shape creative, caring and accessible opportunities for people living with Parkinson’s and their communities.

Rosemary Spencer
Helps people to make connections.
She is fascinated by communicating ideas through movement and building safe inclusive spaces. This infuses throughout her work as a freelance Dance artist, Meditation teacher and BSL/Eng Interpreter.
As a Dance Artist she is particularly interested in improvisation, Skinner Releasing Technique and interdisciplinary projects. Passionately believing that dance should be for everyone.
Rosemary is excited to be bringing her 20+ years of dance experience, her commitment to sharing meditation and expertise in somatic dance, to Harmony In Motion.

Fiona McCulloch-Exley
Fiona is an experienced senior leader with over 15 years’ experience in the applied and participatory theatre field. She specialises in community engagement and creative therapeutic approaches, with a strong focus on strategic thinking, planning and delivery to create meaningful and sustainable creative programmes.
Her work centres on using participatory arts practice to support wellbeing, connection and meaningful personal expression. Throughout her career, Fiona has had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and communities across the region, developing and leading creative projects that place people, voice and lived experience at their heart.
Fiona is thrilled to support Harmony in Motion and their brilliant, groundbreaking work in movement, sound and community practice.

Justin Peake
Justin has over 35 years experience in managing people, finances and change within Sales, Service and Operations. He has worked at Executive and board level for major organizations including Computer Associates, RR Donnelly, Debug Holdings and Centura Software. He spent the past 20 years fixing existing and building new businesses in Worldwide.

Rebecca Pullicino
Rebecca is a data-driven marketing leader with over 15 years of experience putting people at the heart of CRM and customer experience. Currently Global Senior CRM Manager at ghd, she specialises in building integrated marketing strategies that combine the power of data with genuine human connection.
Her career spans some of the UK’s most recognised brands — including News UK, MailOnline, and Pharmacy2U — where she has consistently delivered customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth. A creative and collaborative leader, Rebecca is passionate about building intuitive teams and using insight to create experiences that truly resonate.
She joins the Harmony in Motion Advisory Board bringing her expertise in customer engagement and her belief that meaningful connections have the power to transform lives.

Susannah Tresillian
Theatre Director and Founder of Envision Everything
Susannah Tresilian is a leadership consultant and Director of Envision Everything, a training and coaching business that designs and delivers transformative programmes for leaders and teams.. She has trained and coached leaders at firms across the world including at Accenture, Bloomberg, Google and Cisco. By drawing on her experience as an international theatre director and former BBC/Guardian radio producer, as well as insights from cutting-edge scientific research, she empowers leaders and teams through creativity, storytelling and neuroscience.
